'Richard was very prompt and efficient.  We were able to make an appointment with Richard within a week.  Richard is obviously very knowledgeable in regards to the Jura coffee machines.   We now use our machine every day and are particularly pleased with his suggestion for an additional part to the machine which has made it far easier to froth the milk for cappuccinos, lattes and (what my children love) hot milk for their hot chocolates.

I contacted Richard via e mail regarding a service for my 3 year old Jura coffee machine, he replied extremely promptly and came out the following week. Not only did he service the machine but he also spent time helping me programme my machine to suit my preferences and also had great tips about day to day maintenance to keep the machine in good condition. Following some problems developing with our machine and no real help from our nearest dealer we got in touch with Richard. He provided excellent advice and then came to visit us very quickly (on a Sunday!) to service the machine and replace some of the parts. When our Jura F50 began to leak water from underneath, we were expecting to be without our coffee machine for a few weeks whilst it was sent away and eventually returned. Fortunately a phone call to Richard at Café Select gave us a concise diagnosis and an appointment to come to us and repair and service the machine was booked at a date and time to suit us.

On arrival Richard showed us the cause of the problem and carried out a service, after which he gave us some useful tips on getting the best operation and service from the machine.
