Returns & Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund less 20% re-stocking fee on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:
1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
In regard to returning accessories (non coffee products), if you wish to return the goods which are not faulty we will accept returns up to 7 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods

You may cancel your order up until the point when the order has been dispatched. this usually occurs within 48 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.  If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched.

If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'.  And you the customer will be fully liable under the returns policy stated above.
